Phyllis Ann Cash of Campbellsville, the daughter of the late Roscoe Stubbs and Virginia (Handy) Tutt, was born August 16, 1948, in Taylor County, KY, and departed this life on Friday, October 17, 2025, in Louisville at the University Hospital. She was 77 years of age.
She was a retired healthcare worker and was of the Baptist Faith.
Phyllis enjoyed crocheting, quilting, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Gaylon Yarberry.
Survivors include a daughter and two sons: Treva Lynn Phillips and husband Bobby, Gene Wilson Cash and wife Angela, all of Columbia, and Timothy Cash of Campbellsville.
A sister and two brothers: Theresa Yates, Johnny Stubbs, and Larry Stubbs, all of Campbellsville; Six grandchildren: McKayla Cash, Lindsay Cash, Cody Gabbert, and Amber Phillips, Harper Gabbert, and Aslynn Gabbert; one great-grandchild: Teagan Craig Tungate; close friends: Barbara Murphy, Pat Pickett, Linda Leigh, and Lateisha Carmicle, and a host of other relatives and friends.
To honor the request of the family, cremation rites were entrusted to
L.R. Petty Funeral Home in Campbellsville.
