Noah M. “Mike” Smith of Campbellsville, son of the late Noah Harvey Smith and Myrtle Vaughn Smith, was born May 12, 1946 in Taylor County, Kentucky. He died at 2:04 A.M., Saturday, April 5, 2025 in Campbellsville. Age: 78
He professed faith in Christ and was a member of Robinson Creek Baptist Church.
Mike was a retired truck driver with USF Holland and was a former auctioneer with Hansford Auction & Realty. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed joking with everyone.
Mike united in marriage to Marilyn Smith August 14, 1964 and she preceded him in death November 7, 2021. He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Eric Elder of Campbellsville; two great-grandchildren: Channing Tungate and Rhylen Cochran of Campbellsville; two brothers and one sister: Don Smith and wife, Carolyn, John Smith and Joyce Scott and husband, Wayne of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
Mike was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Tatem Ashley Smith June 11, 2020.
