Irvin Leon Anderson was born July 2, 1942, in Cumberland County, KY to the late Charlie Anderson and Annie McIntyre Anderson. He departed this life on Sunday, July 6, 2025, at his home in Burkesville, KY, having attained the age of eighty-three years, and four days of age.
He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed logging, sawmill, mechanic work, and being a handyman. He loved fishing.
He is survived by one son and daughter-in-law: James and Pam Anderson of Greensburg, KY; a niece and nephew: Neecie Anderson and David McIntyre, plus a host of other relatives and friends.
A Graveside service for Irvin Leon Anderson will be held 2 P.M. Central Time on Monday, July 14, 2025, at Bethlehem Cemetery in Green County with Bro. Cliffton Sullivan officiating.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy be donations to Foster-Toler-Curry Funeral Home in Greensburg to help with the funeral expenses.
