Sheila Gayle Malone, of Campbellsville, the daughter of the late Ovlin “Joe” Cox and Annelle (Bault) Cox, was born December 18, 1962 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Friday, July 31, 2026 at her home. She was 63 years of age.
She was a former employee of 20 years for Phillips Lanes Bowling Alley and enjoyed sewing, flowers and spending time with family and friends.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers: Johnnie Allen Cox and Douglas Wayne Cox and a brother-in-law: Johnny Newton.
Survivors include her husband Roger Malone of Campbellsville, a brother: Jerry Cox and wife Paulette of Campbellsville and Billy Cox and companion Brenda of Florida.
Her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law: Debbie Viers, James Malone and companion Delayna, Tammy Jo Newton and husband Eric, Kimberly Clark and husband Steven and Elizabeth Leake, all of Campbellsville.
FUNERAL: Thursday, August 6, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home.
OFFICIATING: Bro. Eric Newton
INTERMENT: Jones Chapel Cemetery
VISITATION: after 11:00 A.M. Thursday
