Sheriff’s Office Arrests Adair County Man And Woman On Endangering Welfare Of A Minor Charges

On Thursday, January 25^th, 2024, Adair County Sheriff Josh Brockman, Deputy Emily Wall and Child Protective Services initiated an investigation into the unsafe living conditions of two children.

A safety plan was put into place for the children as the investigation continued. 

On Thursday, February 15^th, 2024 at 5:05 p.m., warrants of arrest were signed by Sheriff Brockman and were then served on Wesley Hutchison, 40, and Ashley Hutchison, 30, both of Columbia. 

Both were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail on the charges of Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.

The case remains under investigation by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office.
