Operation Christmas Child National Collection Week 2025: Shoebox Gifts Day 8

Nancy Cundiff dropped off these beautiful shoeboxes on the final day of drop offs. These boxes were packed and prepared by the Cane Valley Christian Church.

Allie Harris said that she has been packing shoeboxes for many years. She came by Monday morning and dropped off her shoebox at the Columbia First Church of the Nazarene.

Lee Ann Jessee made the first drop off of the day Monday morning. Her drop off pushed the Adair County total over last year’s number of boxes collected. She delivered these beautiful boxes from the Russell Heights Baptist Church.

Back with more – Theron Reed‘s wife Ginny dropped off boxes Sunday afternoon, but since she still had several items remaining, she went shopping Sunday afternoon and her husband Theron brought these boxes in Saturday morning. They were packed by the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. The Reed’s are formally from Maryland and have worked several years at the processing center in Baltimore. Theron said this year they plan to go to Charlotte or Atlanta and volunteer again at the processing center.

Packing the final two shoebox gifts of the 2025 national collection week campaign were Kerry and Terrie Radford. These boxes were turned in by the Columbia Baptist Church bringing their total to 1250 boxes and the Adair County total to 3667 shoebox gifts.
