Judy Tucker

Judy Tucker of Campbellsville, daughter of the late Ivan Leon Tucker and Lucy Davis Wilson Tucker, was born June 14, 1945 in Marion County, Kentucky. She died at 12:40 A.M., Thursday, October 23, 2025 in Campbellsville. Age: 80

She professed faith in Christ and attended The Vineyard.

Judy was employed at Tenco Industries.

Judy will be remembered for her kind and gentle spirit. She loved her family and found joy in the simple things that made life sweet – watching John Wayne movies, listening to country music, watching rodeos on TV and sipping her favorite sweet tea. She had a fascination with the weather, especially tornadoes and could spend hours watching the Weather Channel. She loved making woven potholders to gift to her loved ones. Her collection of stuffed animals and squeaky toys was legendary, and she loved giving them to every new baby or dog that joined the family. For close to twenty years, she enjoyed attending her adult daycare, Tenco, where she made lifelong friends. Her kindness and giving nature will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

She is survived by five brothers and two sisters: Bobby Tucker of Campbellsville, Billy Joe Tucker of San Antonio, Texas, Keith Tucker of Augusta, Georgia, Jerry Tucker and wife, Margie of New Haven, Kentucky, Ivan Tucker and wife, Carol, of Louisiana, Ellen Reynolds and husband, Terry of Campbellsville and Evelyn Russell and husband, Biff of Campbellsville; one brother-in-law: Richard “Dick” Salmon Jr. of Campbellsville; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.

Judy was also preceded in death by one brother and one sister: James Randall Tucker in infancy and Diana Tucker Salmon and three sisters-in-law: Ann Tucker, Gerta Tucker and Patt Tucker.

Judy’s family would like to give a special thanks to Latisha Branham and the employees of Tenco Industries.
