City Of Columbia Set To Honor Former LWC President Dr. John Begley

On Monday, June 10th, 2024 there will be a presentation honoring Dr. John Begley, former President of Lindsey Wilson College. The presentation will start at 10:30 a.m. at city hall. This is being sponsored by the Uganda Counseling and Support Services, which will be in attendance. This is a non-profit ministry from Kentucky operating in Uganda. Banners were hung this week to honor veterans in our community. The service for dedication of the banners will be Thursday, May 23, at 9:30 a.m. at City Hall. The public is invited to attend.
