One Cross Community Health and Wellness welcomed community partners to its Campbellsville center Friday as part of National Health Center Week, taking time to recognize and thank the organizations and individuals who help support its mission throughout the region.

During the gathering, One Cross President and CEO Kim McKenna-Johnson spoke about the organization’s progress, its impact in the communities it serves, and the vision for continued growth moving forward.

A central part of that vision is One Cross’s commitment to whole-person care. Rather than focusing only on a patient’s immediate symptoms, the organization takes a holistic approach designed to address physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

One Cross currently provides a range of services including primary and family care, women’s health, chronic disease management, behavioral health and recovery services, along with additional wellness services. The organization serves patients through locations in Campbellsville and Lebanon.

McKenna-Johnson founded One Cross with a focus on expanding access to healthcare in rural and underserved communities. Under her leadership, the organization has continued to expand its services while maintaining an emphasis on personalized, community-centered care.

Friday’s event also provided an opportunity for One Cross to recognize the role community partnerships play in that work and to thank those who have supported the organization and its mission.

One Cross Community Health and Wellness describes its purpose as bringing “health, hope, and healing” to the communities it serves, with a vision of becoming a national leader in transformational healthcare.
