Campbellsville Welcomes Acting Police Chief Brian Morgan and Assistant Acting Chief Nelson Bishop

Campbellsville Mayor Dennis Benningfield has announced the appointment of Acting Chief Brian Morgan and Assistant Acting Chief Nelson Bishop with the Campbellsville Police Department.

According to a post shared by Mayor Benningfield, both Morgan and Bishop are longtime members of the Campbellsville Police Department and bring many years of experience to their new roles.

Mayor Benningfield said he is confident the department will continue working to be proactive in reducing crime and protecting the Campbellsville community.

The mayor is encouraging the community to congratulate Morgan and Bishop as they step into their new roles and thanked both officers for stepping up to serve the department and community.
