Lois Ann Smith Brown, of Campbellsville, KY., the daughter of the late Herlan Mann Smith and Betty Lou (Clements) Smith, was born January 17, 1968 in Campbellsville and departed this life on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 in Louisville at the University Hospital. She was 58 years of age.
She was a former employee of Service Cleaners in Campbellsville and a caregiver for the elderly and was of the Baptist faith.
Lois enjoyed watching her grandson play baseball, babysitting, spending time with grandchildren and spending time with family and friends.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a son: Terry Levi Powell; two brothers and a sister: Marilyn Judd, Donnie Clements and James Alfred Smith and a half-sister: Lana Smith.
Survivors include a step-son: Richard “Bubby” Brown and wife Myra of Greensburg; four sisters and two brothers: Linda Barnett of Alabama, William “Bill” Smith and wife Carla of Campbellsville, Elizabeth Gayle Blankenship and husband Jimmy of Greensburg, Carol Gathof and husband Rick, John Michael Smith and companion Shannon and Peggy Newton, all of Louisville and a host of grandchildren, include Remy Brown and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
FUNERAL: Monday, June 8, 2026 at 1:00 P.M.

INTERMENT: Columbia Cemetery
VISITATION: After 11:00 A.M. Monday until time for the service.
