The Columbia – Adair County Fire Department was dispatched to 303 Tutt Street on Wednesday, January 17th, 2024 at 11:43AM to a report of a stove on fire.
Upon arrival firefighters found a two story residential structure with heavy smoke showing from the residence.
Firefighters then deemed this a working structure fire and made an offensive attack on the fire.
The fire was then brought under control and the structure was deemed a total loss.
A total of 18 firefighters were on scene for approximately 2.5 hours.
