Byron Dale Eastridge of the Knifley Community, the son of the late Coy and Mary Opal (Hovious) Eastridge, was born June 29, 1948 in Adair County, KY and departed this life on Friday, May 22, 2026 at his home. He was 77 years of age.
He was a farmer and enjoyed working on the farm, fishing, hunting arrowheads, digging ginseng, collecting antique tools and hunting rabbit and quail.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers: Bobby Eastridge and Wayne Eastridge.
Survivors include his wife: Betty Jean (Burress) Eastridge of Knifley; his children: Kimberly Price and husband Randall of Campbellsville, Lisa Ferguson and husband Joey of Knifley, Amy Farmer and husband Terry of Elk Horn and Greg Eastridge and wife Faye of Knifley.
Two sisters and a brother: Mary Williams of Campbellsville, Myra Greer of Knifley and Ronnie Eastridge and wife Darlene of Campbellsville; a sister-in-law: Mildred Eastridge of Knifley.
Twelve grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
FUNERAL: Sunday, May 24, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of the L.R. Petty Funeral Home.

INTERMENT: Eastridge Cemetery at Knifley
VISITATION: after 12 Noon Sunday until time for the service.
