Tammy Jean Srygler Walker of Greensburg, Kentucky, daughter of the late Lewis Gene Srygler and Norma Jean Wells Srygler, was born on Tuesday, March 12, 1963 in Elizabethtown and passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024 in Lexington at the University of Kentucky Medical Center. She was 61 years and 26 days of age.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law: Michael and Kara Walker, Jimmy Lewis and Heather Walker all of Glasgow; five grandchildren: Hayley Walker, Kylie Walker, Emma Walker, Addyson Walker, Maleah Walker; one great grandchild: Camryn Cook; four sisters: Marlene and Sherry both of Louisville, Patricia Booker, and Wendy Srygler both of Horse Cave; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister: Melissa Kay Turner.

Honoring the families wishes, cremation was chosen. There will be no formal services at this time. Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
