Campbellsville Police Arrest Two For Attempting To Pass Counterfeit Bills

On Saturday, January 17, 2026 at approximately 4:45PM, the Campbellsville Police Department received a call from multiple business in the area of Green River Plaza. 

Businesses reported two males were attempting to pass counterfeit $100.00 bills.

Officer Jordan Whitlow located the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.

Through the investigation the males were identified as Denzel Patton, 25 and Aarron Bond, 23 both of Ohio. 

Officer’s located multiple counterfeit $100 bills matching ones passed at the business. 

Officers also located several receipts from business.

Both males were then arrested and charged: 

Criminal Poss of Forged Instrument 1st degree 

Forgery 1st Degree
